Then that little sprinkle on top is a dash of @manitobaharvest Hemp Hearts. I mixed this up & used it as a dip for my fruit. – Swirls are a mix of the coyo with natural powders: ???? “Los ingredientes varían según el bowl, pero todos contienen frutas y verduras. Mi ‘pintura’ no es otra cosa que yogurt de coco mezclado con polvos de colores naturales, que además tienen beneficios nutritivos. No suelo medir las cantidades de los ingredientes que uso porque me gusta añadirlos al gusto hasta que consigo la consistencia perfecta para la base; así impido que la fruta se hunda y yo puedo seguir jugando”, confesó Lorton.
